Benno Jiao founded RE-Stem in 2012. He has over 20 years of experience in the biotech and medical industries. He is a serial entrepreneur and founder/co-founder of over 3 health care/ biotech companies including Cellular Biomedicine Group (biotech listed on NASDAQ) and Tarcine Medicine. Jiao holds over 8 patents under his name and is also a member of China’s National Standardization Technical Committee, and a Member of the Board of Renmin University of China. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999 with a double bachelor’s degree in science and business psychology and is also an MBA from Marshall Business school of University of Southern California obtained in 2003.
